The Tenaya Tanta combines solid rubber at an affordable price. Designed for beginners, the leather upper and neutral shape caters to those looking for comfy shoes. Over time, the upper and cotton liner will adjust to your foot’s shape, climb after climb.
The Tanta performed well through tests and was surprisingly comfortable. On technical routes with tiny chips to stick my feet on, the Tantas gripped well. I felt confident.
Relatively new to the game, Tenaya may not have the most options available, but do not be discouraged. The shoes are handmade in Spain with quality materials.
