Ben Jacoby Sprints on Stilts, Drops Doc on Beating World Record

Ben Jacoby holds the record for being the fastest to run 100 meters on stilts. Hear the whole story of how he got there in this documentary.

In 2018, adventure youngster Ben Jacoby became the fastest man on stilts by breaking the record for fastest 100-meter sprint, running on spring-loaded stilts. Jacoby said he originally started out on stilts “just for fun, then for exercise.”

His new documentary, Bam Bam Runs Fast, chronicles his journey of everything it takes to run on stilts and beat a world record.

When he’s not running, Jacoby is skydiving, snowboarding, scuba diving, or mountain biking. He currently lives in California.

Run Time: 21 minutes. This film released in May 2021.
