[leadin]A new video by Explore Minnesota highlights the adventure mecca that is the North Star State.[/leadin]
From ice climbing and XC skiing, to mountain biking, ultra running, canoeing, and sea kayaking on Lake Superior, the video highlights outdoor-adventure sports across the state.
The video was produced by Twelve Plus Media in collaboration with Adventure Minnesota Films. “It was created to bring awareness to what Minnesota has to offer beyond our traditional stereotype of being a fishing/hunting/winter state,” said Brenda Piekarski of Twelve Plus Media.
GearJunkie is based in Minnesota. The site’s founder and editor Stephen Regenold is interviewed in the video along with other Minnesota adventurers who see the state as not only home but an ultimate playground for all things outdoors.
