GearJunkie readers go on some of the most epic adventures imaginable. Our new feature, “Weekend Warrior,” showcases you, the GJ reader, hiking, running, biking, climbing, paddling, and just generally getting it done in the great outdoors.

This week, for the first installment, we got some great submissions right off the bat. To participate, email a few photos from your own “Weekend Warrior” adventure to pmurphy@gearjunkie.com with name, location, and brief captions. We’ll post the best new ones each week.
