At the back of Jonathon’s mind, there was a want that simmered for years: To go hunting. An outdoorsman in every other sense of the word as he spent every dollar he had on fishing, camping, hiking, and more, he’d often lose himself—and the occasional boot—to the woods. 

Hunting was missing, though, as no one in his family or friend circle were hunters. Moving to Utah demanded a change, so he began an obsessive’s quest to dive into every rabbit hole, chase every ounce of dopamine, devour YouTube University’s curriculum, and teach himself how to build, work, and tune his bow—his office is now a bow shop, complete with LCA press—build his own arrows, assemble and get a dope for his rifle, and harvest an animal. 

Well, at this point, animals.
