This 15-minute production by Antill Films chronicles pro mountain biker Matt Hunter and a team of riders as they visit Afghanistan to explore never-before-ridden trails in the remote Wakhan Corridor.

“We asked them to take us to the most remote place you can think of in Afghanistan. They said, yeah, why not?” one rider says in the film.

From the looks of the edit, the group had an amazing adventure complete with wild river crossings, long slogs up steep mountains and many miles of beautiful single-track.

The entire video is shot on Sony’s Action Cam and is a great example of what a few talented videographers can do with the small but powerful camera. —Sean McCoy
