Iconic stoke eyewear Pit Viper builds on its funky-meets-daring reputation with stylish coverage for your tops, bottoms, footsies, and more.

Rare is the brand that can have its cake and eat it, too — riding the line between silly, outlandish design and serious, performance-minded gear. But that’s exactly the line Pit Viper walks (and dances) across, long embraced by serious skiers and snowboarders as a functional fashion mainstay for a day on the slopes.

And today, the party-first, perform-first brand doubles down serious-yet-irreverent users in the mountain bike category by launching a full line of high-end, technical MTB apparel.

Long- and short-sleeve jerseys, Lycra kits, downhill shorts and pants, socks, and more look to add both style and speed to singletrack, slick rock, and anything else your suspension can handle.

The High Speed Off Road (HSOR) collection targets mountain bikers specifically, and kicks off on Pit Viper’s grander LXIX high-end apparel line.

“LXIX is Pit Viper’s new technical and performance-driven apparel offering,” Pit Viper apparel designer Whit Boucher said.

“The line offers us freedom of creativity, quality, functionality, and most importantly aesthetic. LXIX is where we can feel free to experiment, creating pieces and collections that are truly Pit Viper, without having to make any sacrifices.”

Pit Viper LXIX: High Speed Off Road

The debut offering for LXIX, the HSOR collection will be available only for a limited run, exclusively on Pit Viper’s site. Among the new offerings, the HSOR line includes a unisex downhill pant, unisex mountain bike short, unisex short-sleeve and long-sleeve jersey, plus gender-specific tanks.

The line features low necklines and lightweight fabric on all tops for comfort. Meanwhile, the bottoms sport an adjustable hook-and-loop waist system, laser-cut ventilation, nylon/spandex blend for stretch, and low-profile pockets.

“My true and honest rating is 10/10. Best quality snap and Velcro waist of any adventure pant I’ve ever worn,” said Pit Viper sponsored athlete Maurena Nauman who, along with Blake Hansen, Brady Tweedy, and River Martucci, will help model the new line for Pit Viper.
