Rhiannan Iffland, reigning champion of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, continued her three-season winning streak this weekend in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
This latest win is a drop in the victory bucket for the Australian athlete — it’s her 10th consecutive cliff diving title, an unparalleled sports record.
“One thing I was saying earlier about 10 wins in a row is that I grew to like the pressure. That’s one thing that’s come out of it. I’m stoked, so now I’m ready for more. Let’s make it 11,” she said, grinning.
Filling out the women’s podium was Adriana Jimenez of Mexico and Jessica Macaulay of Canada. The men’s top finisher was repeat winner Gary Hunt of France. Constantin Popovici of Romania and Nikita Fedotov of Russia took second and third, respectively.
