SKI: Arapahoe Basin First Resort in Colorado to Reopen With Reservations. Spring skiers rejoice, A-Basin is reopening — but with significant changes to keep visitors safe. Reservations will be required for all pass-holders and visitors.

The resort, which opens Wednesday for skiing, opened up reservation signup online yesterday. The demand for reservations was so great that the reservation system crashed. But don’t worry, A-Basin is working on a solution that will be online later today.
