Work out with people who are stronger than you.

Working out is as much mental as it is physical. If you’re the strongest person in your group, there’s no one to challenge or push you. So you’ll most likely reach a limit for how fast and strong you get.

Find a training group or a gym of people who challenge you, and you’ll see yourself reach new goals. Training with stronger people will get you stronger as you build up your abilities to match theirs.
