This is no ordinary rope swing into a lake! Using a “Russian swing,” which is a large, ground-mounted swing often used by acrobats in circus performances, Gavin Peacock launches himself high in the air, flipping, diving and receiving a football before splashing down in a Toronto, Canada lake.

Russian swings are made with steel bars in place of ropes with a platform that can rotate up to 360 degrees. With two men on one side and another on the other, leave it up to some Canadians put a unique twist on this body-launcher!
