Want to know more about the adventure and mystique of the Alps? Like watching athletes navigate steep couloirs and drop into sick lines? This ski footage is just for you.

Today, Salomon TV launched a new ski episode called “Scandinavian Migration,” which follows three skiers on their annual migration to iconic ski resorts across the Alps.

Swede Lovisa Rosengren and Norwegians Robert and Heidi Aaring hail from the far north. But in this film, they experience skiing in more southern countries. Shot in Chamonix, France, and Verbier and Engelberg, Switzerland, the film focuses on some of the coolest and most popular ski areas in Europe — and all the crazy terrain they have to offer.

From an iconic spiral in Chamonix to steep lines through cliffs in Verbier, the short movie will have you on the edge of your seat. It’s a classic ode to alp skiing, with big mountains, big energy, and, of course, a glimpse into local ski culture.
