Bruno Pisani loves the “big” Dolomites: Civetta, Antelao, Pelmo. He loves them so much that mere summer summits aren’t good enough. The YouTuber has a burning urge to ski tour the trio.

And when a lack of Italian snow meant Pelmo’s powder was solid enough for ski touring in February, Pisani leaped at the chance.

What follows is a classic ski-tour adventure with a little added spice: hair-raising ledges, ice axes, and exposure for days. You know it’s a good video when the ascent is just as thrilling as the turns on the way down.
