Ok, so this may not be the most scientific method of determining if you are dehydrated, but it may be the most entertaining we’ve seen yet!

We found this image being passed around on social media today. From a little research, it appears to be a sign from the Michigan Bluff Aid Station at mile 55 of the Western States Endurance Run, one of the tougher and more prestigious ultra-marathons in the United States.

And yes, when you run hard for a long time, your pee can definitely get dark, and the best solution is to drink more water (and replace salts, too).

Save the beer for after the race, pick any color you prefer.
