CAKE Åik Long-Range EV
While most e-bikes struggle to hit 100 miles on a full charge, CAKE’s new Aik model ($6,470 and up) boasts a whopping 224-mile maximum range. The key to shattering the glass ceiling? Lots and lots of battery capacity. The Aik is highly customizable, and the 224-mile-range claim only applies to the triple-battery option. For delivery workers and other utility-minded folk, the Aik’s batteries can also power refrigerated food boxes and electronic tools.
