This week, two lucky winners will receive a Khroma Kinetic Ski Jacket and a Khroma 38L Ski Pack, valued at $1,300!
More on the Prizes
The Khroma Kinetic Waterproof Jacket (men’s and women’s) is one of Rab’s most innovative and evolving alpine offerings. Designed with all-day alpine tours in mind, the brand uses a new woven version of its Proflex stretchy shell material (20K/30K waterproof/breathable). That cuts weight and offers stretchier materials for more freedom of movement. Additionally, the shell fabric is windproof and has a fluorocarbon-free DWR coating.
Rab considers the Khroma Kinetic to be one of its most durable and breathable jackets. With a fully adjustable waist, side vents for dumping heat on the way up, and a snow cuff to keep powder on the outside, the Khroma Kinetic won’t let you down during your next adventure.
Rab built the Khroma 38 Ski Pack with Spectra Ripstop fabric. Its fibers are 15 times stronger than steel (gram for gram), so the ultralight fabric can survive scrapes with tools, skis, rocks, and more. The ultralight fabric is a big reason the pack weighs just 2 pounds 8 ounces.
The Khroma 38 roll-top bag is the largest of Rab’s Khroma ski packs and comes with features like an avi compartment or tool strap. There’s also a back-panel zip entry for fast access to your kit, a hip belt with pockets, a top tensioner strap to cinch down the load, and a sternum strap for holding it in place.
More on the Brand
Rab built its reputation over decades of creating tough mountaineering apparel. In 1981 in an attic in Sheffield, England, Rab Carrington made his first sleeping bag by hand. Soon, there was popular demand from both friends and the growing local climbing community near Carrington’s hometown.
Today, Rab continues to find inspiration in the untamed spirit of the mountains and pushes the boundaries of rugged, high-performance mountain clothing. The brand focuses on creating durable mountain goods that provide comfort, protection, and new technology to make your adventures more enjoyable.
