Conquering an ‘Impossible Route’ Through the Appalachians: Episode 2

Watch the second episode of the Impossible Route, which documents what three gravel bike riders call ‘Trans Appalachia.’

The “Impossible Route” series follows Tyler Pearce (aka the Vegan Cyclist), Jeremiah Bishop, and Travis Longfellow as they complete a first attempt of the Lost Roads Route through the wild ups and downs of the Appalachian mountains.

The Lost Roads Route — mainly gravel riding — covers 450 miles, 40,000 feet of elevation, and more. The trio of cyclists-turned-bikepackers hopes to finish it in 3 days, completely self-supported.

Will they do it? Watch to find out.
