Keeping a mountain bike on the trail, and yourself on the bike, is hard enough with two hands. Impressively, Thomas Bannister does it with just one.

Bannister had a serious crash eight years ago and has been left with a paralyzed arm. But it doesn’t seem to slow him down — he added a steering dampener and a custom brake to his Santa Cruz, a setup that allows him to charge fast.
