The team of explorers at Expedition Overland has missed travel and we’ve missed watching them do it. But 3 years after the world locked down, they are back, exploring Scandinavia and more to film and create “The Nordic Series.”
Here’s the trailer for the 10-part series that has the X Overland team exploring its roots and the cold.
The trailer for this season shows off some incredible landscapes and breathtaking views. With amazing cinematography that has us yearning to get into the great outdoors. On this expedition, X Overland traveled through Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Faroe Islands, and even Iceland.

X Overland calls this Season 5 of the group’s adventure journeys around the world. But that’s on top of plenty of other trips on Expedition Overland’s YouTube channel and website that aren’t part of the Season series.
There are some great off-road vehicles in the X Overland fleet, too, including a 2015 Toyota 4Runner, 2021 Toyota Tacoma, and 2022 Toyota Tundra.
X Overland’s 10-part Nordic Series debut on the Overlander Network on February 9. The series will come to YouTube a month later, on March 9.
