Kammok Roo Double

Kammok Roo Double

One of our most beloved hammocks gets an upgrade this week. Kammok placed a new fabric into its redesigned Roo Double, dubbed Gravitas ripstop nylon. The 40-denier fabric is supposedly stronger, lighter, softer, and more breathable than the previous hammock. Yet it does all that and maintains a high weight limit at 500 pounds. The Roo Double weighs 18 ounces, making it 20 percent lighter. Kammok sells the Roo Double for $79.

According to the brand, this helmet can take multiple impacts and also folds up thanks to its flexible proprietary polymer called Encayse. It’s so durable it survived 80 impact tests whereas traditional helmets survived only two. Plus, it does all that and can fold. The Hedkayse One is available now for $195.
