(the “Official Rules”)

THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY WOLVERINE WORLDWIDE, INC., ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.
BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT SUCH ENTRANT IS AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE AND THAT SUCH ENTRANT HAS READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND IS FAMILIAR WITH THEIR CONTENTS, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES, BY THE INTERPRETATIONS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES, AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST. IF ENTRANT IS NOT AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE AND DOES NOT AGREE AS STATED ABOVE, HE/SHE CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE, PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE (EACH, A “MINOR,” AND COLLECTIVELY, THE “MINORS”), YOU FURTHER CERTIFY THAT YOUR PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN HAS READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES TO BE BOUND ON YOUR BEHALF.
1. CONTEST PERIOD: The Tough As a Wolverine Photo Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 27, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 13, 2013 (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest Period is comprised of the following two separate periods: (i) the photo submission period, which begins at 11:00:00 AM ET on June 27, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 13, 2013 (the “Photo Submission Period”); and (ii) the photo submission review period for judging the photo submissions which begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on July 14, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 16, 2013 (the “Photo Submission Review Period”).
The computer clock of Sponsor (as defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are physically present within the United States or Canada at all times during the Contest Period and at all times relevant to this Contest (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of The Gear Junkie LLC (the “Sponsor” or “Gear Junkie”) and Wolverine World Wide, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and such employees’ officers’ and directors’ immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. By participating, Entrants (and/or parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of any Entrants who are Minors) agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the panel of judges and the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and in all matters related to this Contest. This Contest is void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, Wolverine World Wide, Inc., the judging panel, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies and their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns are collectively referred to in these Official Rules as the ”Contest Parties.”
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: No purchase necessary. Internet access and valid email account required.
Photo Submissions
Entrant must follow the online instructions (noted below) and submit one (1) original photo (the “Photo”) of the Entrant’s best outdoor adventure or exercise-oriented photo (the “Photo Submission”). The Photo must be submitted as provided on the Contest Website. The Photo Submission will be selected in accordance with the terms outlined below. The Photo Submission must: (i) adhere to the Submission Guidelines outlined below; and (ii) be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules.
For the purposes of this Contest and these Official Rules, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries” shall include the Online Entries, as the term is defined herein.
Online Entry: To enter online, go to www.gearjunkie.com/tough-as-wolverine (the “Contest Website”) and follow the instructions to submit a Photo and necessary registration information. Once registration information is completed, you will be able to upload a Photo and you will be entered into the Contest (an “Online Entry”).
Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these Official Rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your Entries and may result in disqualification.
Photo Submission Judging
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Official Rules, during the Photo Submission Review Period, a judging panel shall, in its sole discretion, review and verify all Entries pursuant to the “Photo Judging Criteria” below, and determine the top fifty (50) Entrants (or fewer, depending on the number of total Entries), who will become finalists (the “Finalists”).
• Judging Criteria for Photo Submissions
A qualified judging panel, selected on behalf of the Sponsor, will judge all Photo Submissions based on the following criteria (the “Photo Judging Criteria”) to determine the fifty (50) Finalists:
(a) Quality of Photo Submission: One hundred percent (100%) of the overall judging score will be based on (i) look; (ii) feel; (iii) originality; (iv) fun; (v) humor; and (vi) overall “toughness” of the Entrant captured in action.
The fifty (50) Entrants with the highest combined Quality of Photo Submission score will become the Finalists.
The five (5) Finalists with the highest Quality of Photo Submission score will each be a “Contest Grand Prize winner.” The other forty-five (45) Finalists will be the “Contest Runner-Up winners.”
Odds of being selected in this Contest as a Finalist will depend on a combination of: (i) the total number of eligible Entries received during the Photo Submission Period; and (ii) the score the Entry receives from the judging panel during the Photo Submission Review Period.
