The Two Things That Better Hunters’ Rifle Accuracy in the Field

Modern Day Sniper’s Caylen Wojcik breaks down the two biggest pieces of foundational wisdom that can help all hunters be better behind the rifle.

There’s nothing worse than taking a poor shot when a better shot could have been executed. And Modern Day Sniper brings a lot of intel to the world of accurate (and ethical) shooting.

Stone Glacier has thus far released two videos highlighting Modern Day Sniper’s tips for hunters in the field. In this video, Caylen Wojcik breaks down the two things he thinks are absolutely foundational for accuracy. The first is keeping square behind the rifle, and the second is finger placement on the trigger.

Wojcik breaks these down in quick but precise detail. And as rifles are pulled out, dusted off, and zeroed in, it’s imperative that hunters double down on the fundamentals.

This 3-minute video is a great reminder for anyone who plans on rifle hunting at any distance this fall.
