Alas, I’ll say one thing, skiing just ain’t what it used to be. . .

Also, I’ve just been informed by a new skooler that:
-A “Daphy” is no longer an accepted trick
-”Helis”—which were the penultimate ski trick in my day—are now called “3’s” and they’re kind of ho-hum, apparently.
-You can get your butt kicked for pulling a Spread Eagle now in the bumps.
-One-piece yellow/black North Face ski suits (a la Scott Schmidt) are forever dead and gone.
