If you had to name the most epic gravel race in Europe, Badlands probably comes to mind. The 450-mile/752km unsupported ride isn’t for the unprepared or faint of heart — though it is full of gorgeous and remote scenery. And it’s got lots and lots of desert gravel, as the route crosses Europe’s Gorafe and Tabernas Deserts.
