As you enter the TruckHouse Carbon BCR through its central side door, you’re greeted with a bright space full of clean white and ash wood surfaces. With an oversized skylight, cabover windows, and three massive windows at the rear of the camper, there is plentiful natural light. A full host of LED lighting keeps things lit when the sun goes down.

The interior is made of vacuum-infused composite materials, which keep the weight way down, maximizes volume, and is super durable. There is plenty of storage with large overhead cabinets, hanging closet space, and even a pull-out pantry.

Just across the camper from the entry door is a wet bath. It has a shower, vent/fan, and toilet. It can be equipped with a cassette, dry-flush, or composting toilet options.

Just to the left of the entry door as you walk in is a full galley kitchen. It has a dual-burner induction cooktop, stainless steel sink, convection oven/microwave, and a stainless steel 5.1-cubic-foot refrigerator/freezer.

In the back of the camper is a U-shaped dinette, which also converts to a full-size dinette bed. It is surrounded by three massive dual-pane glass windows with integrated shades and bug screens. This allows you to take in the views of the spectacular places you can access with this expedition camper.

To the right of the entry door is a passthrough to the cab and a cabover king-size bed. This area has more windows, again letting you take in the world around you from the comfort of the camper.

BCR Systems

There is a massive 48V lithium battery system in the TruckHouse Carbon BCT. It can run the onboard air conditioner for 50 hours, which is pretty impressive. Equally impressive is that with just 1 hour of drive time in the truck, the battery bank can be fully recharged. An onboard 1,400W solar array keeps the batteries topped off when you’re stationary.

The electronics and battery systems are controlled through a 10-inch Garmin display or through an associated smartphone app. Of course, there are switches throughout the camper to manually control all the systems and lights as well.

Not only is there onboard A/C, but there is also central heating, heated floors, and an insta-hot water system. No matter the weather outside, the inside of the TruckHouse Carbon BCR is going to be a comfortable place to be.
