Track your habits.
The key to consistency with anything is recording it and keeping yourself accountable.
Try to find a checklist of habits that you want to maintain every day (recording nutrition, running at least 3 miles, stretching for 15 minutes, meditating, etc.) and give yourself a checkmark each time you accomplish that task.
Not only does it add self-accountability, but it’ll also add some gamification to your routine. You’ll start to find yourself stretching before bed just to get your checkmark. After a while, it’ll become routine.
You can find templates online, but I prefer the Clear Habit Journal from Baronfig for its versatility and monthly habit-tracking section.
