Find a workout buddy or five.
Train in a group or with someone. Having someone training next to you can push you harder than you would on your own. And sharing the workout experience with others who share your goals or mindset for fitness can make the workout more enjoyable and fun.
Having a group you show up for will help keep you accountable and you will probably make some new connections and possibly great friendships along the way.
