MSR Camping Cooking Pot Recall

How to Remedy

- Enter your contact information and select “A Warranty or Repair of your Product.”
- Enter your shipping address.
- Under Brand selection, choose “MSR.”
- For MSR Product Category, please select “Cookware.”
- Select “Customer” as your customer type.
- Enter the name of your product(s).
- In the Subject field, enter “Pot Handle Recall.” This will help prioritize your request as quickly as possible.
- Under “How can we help with your product?” enter “I need a replacement pot grip.”
- Take a photo of the pot (with the handle that needs replacing) and upload the photo on your request submission. Select the “Next” button.
