Toyota issued two voluntary safety recalls that affect more than 130,000 trucks and SUVs.

Owners of the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Landcruiser, and Lexus LX 570, take note: The Japanese automaker issued two voluntary recalls on Thursday that span more than a decade of model years.

Massive Toyota Tacoma, Land Cruiser Recall

Land Cruisers and LX 570s from 2008-2019 may have a faulty seatbelt tension sensor. Toyota said over time, this sensor may fail, and the front passenger airbag, knee airbag, and passenger seat-mounted side airbag may deactivate. This recall affects almost 90,000 vehicles.

Toyota currently has no fix for this issue but expects to notify owners and remedy the problem by mid-February 2019.

In addition, Toyota also recalled about 44,000 2018-2019 Tacomas for a faulty brake master cylinder. Over time, Toyota said, the cylinder may become damaged and leak brake fluid internally. This could “suddenly reduce” brake performance and increase stopping distance and crash risk.

Toyota will notify owners in late January 2019, and affected owners will receive a new brake master cylinder and installation at no charge.
