Go on a mini-hike adventure with none other than ‘The Mirnavator.’
Hydro Flask has employed Vermont-based Mirna “The Mirnavator” Valerio for its latest “How We Go” film series episode. It’s informative, light, and funny — and Valerio is definitely the star of the show.
You really don’t need to read any further if you are going to watch the film (it’s only 3 minutes, and worth it!), but we’ve distilled it down here.

Pack smart. “Good shoes, good clothes, food and drink,” Valerio says. Include your 5 or 10 essentials.
Know where you’re going. Download a trail app (the Mirnavator uses AllTrails) or bring a map. Or both. Just don’t rely on cell service.
Leave no trace. Don’t litter. Don’t leave litter. Simple as that.
Share the trail (and practice right of way). Or, in the words of the Mirnavator, Don’t be a f*cking trail hog.
