Montana Knife Company has been an unstoppable force for the past few years. The brand has built a cult following and created buying frenzies thanks to its “knife drops,” which sell out in moments.

The Culinary Knives from MKC originally included the Bighorn Chef, Smith River Santoku, and Little Bighorn Petty. If you spring for a complete set, the knives come rolled in an MKC Bison Leather Knife Roll made by Teton Leather. The Cattleman Cleaver was later added to the culinary offerings for those who needed a little more chop on their block.

These are not cheap knives and not easy to get your hands on. Most sell out within minutes of being available. Feel free to click through all the links above. My guess: SOLD OUT, across the board. The hype is real.

Now, Montana Knife Company has introduced a missing component to the collection: The Cutbank Paring Knife.

The smallest knife in the MKC culinary collection drops tonight (June 20, 2024) at 7:00 p.m. MDT. If you’re looking to add this little MagnaCut blade to your kitchen collection, you might want to set an alarm and jump on it. These puppies are going to sell out fast.

Check them out ahead of the drop, or get in line.
