Resources for Femme, Trans, and Women Riders
- GRiT (Girls Riding Together): An NICA-supported program working to get women and girls/youth into biking (as participants, coaches, and leaders)
- Total Women’s Cycling: Various events throughout the year for cycling and mountain biking disciplines
- Bell Joy Ride Program: A free mountain biking group, with eight locations across the U.S. and Alberta and British Columbia, Canada — 2022 events are TBD
- Courtney Williams, The Brown Bike Girl, hosts events and classes as well as promotes equitable bike education and access for BIPOC individuals
- Black Girls Do Bike: A Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation operating through a fiscal sponsorship with Players Philanthropy Fund
- Queer Gravel (look for a group ride in March 2022!)
- Native Women Ride: A collective for and supporting Native/Indigenous femme, trans, women, and nonbinary riders
- All Bodies on Bikes: Co-founded by two women in 2020, this org strives to foster size-inclusive bike communities (look for Social Rides throughout the year)
- Outride: A nonprofit org dedicated to improving the lives of youth through cycling (i.e., getting kids and youth on bikes)
- Unbound Gravel: Has male, female, and, as of 2021, nonbinary rider categories
