The Colorado Trail Preservation Alliance (TPA) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for Off-Highway-Vehicle (OHV) recreation to ensure that the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) reserve a fair percentage of access to trail riding on public lands in some of the most desirable states for those activities.
The TPA also educates riders on trail etiquette and supports the operation of local off-road motorcycle clubs. These clubs further the TPA’s mission of preserving motorized single-track riding (including ATVs, UTVs, 4WDs, and snowmobiles) in their respective areas. Finally, the TPA also hosts the wildly popular and challenging Colorado 600, a 4-day organized trail riding event and symposium based out of South Fork, Colo. This year, the event takes place from September 11th to 15th.
