I watch a lot of bike edits in this job, so it’s been a minute since I audibly gasped after hitting play on one.
But the opening seconds of Fabio Wibmer’s BEST OF 2022 video did the trick. I’ll let you watch it for yourself — let’s just say it involves a swimming pool and a drop that will have you saying, “surely he’s not going to do that,” right before he does, in fact, do that.
As for the rest of the video, well, it’s everything you’d expect from the Austrian stuntman, urban cyclist, and freerider. As you watch, spare a moment of pity for Wibmer’s face, which he lands on quite a bit throughout the video.
