For one Specialized mountain bike pro, ‘equality’ and ‘inclusion’ aren’t just buzzwords.

Blake Hansen is one of just a few well-known trans women in competitive MTB. According to her, racing and chasing world-class lines is great — but it’s all meaningless without a strong, supportive community.

And that’s why the pro rider focuses her efforts on uplifting the next generation of women through the sport.
