But first, enter to win!

Camp Bundle

The Camp Bundle includes gear for sleeping, relaxing, and finding your way around a campsite.

First, there’s the obvious overnight camping essential: a sleeping bag. The REI HunkerDown 20 uses 600-fill-power down for insulation and has a large hood that can fit a standard pillow. That said, this bundle includes a camping-size Hest Pillow filled with shredded memory foam and polyester fill to provide support and warmth under your head.

Next, there’s the NEMO Roamer XL Wide sleeping pad for added cushion and insulation (R-value 6) between your bag and the ground. The Roamer self-inflates most of the way and has a pump sack to finish filling it up. The sleeping pad‘s valve system includes a flap to prevent air from leaking out while inflating it, and the deflation valve helps empty it faster when it’s time to go.

Finally, there’s a headlamp, which is a useful tool for hands-free lighting while cooking or navigating your campsite in the dark. The Black Diamond Spot 400-R has a red light when you don’t want to blind your friends and can crank out a 400-lumen beam when you’re out on the trail.

Cook Bundle

Make yourself at home outdoors with this assortment of campsite cookware. For the Cook Bundle, REI has put together a full-service bundle, complete with a cooler.

First, you can set up a mobile kitchen on the REI Camp Roll Table, which can support up to 100 pounds with its aluminum legs and roll-top slats. It’s a packable design that can serve as a surface for cooking, eating, and playing cards.

Water’s essential no matter where you go, and the Dometic GO Water Jug holds 2.9 gallons for drinking, cooking, cleaning, and putting out your campfire. The jug comes with handles and an adjustable pour. You’ll also receive the GO Hydration Faucet which is magnetic base for using it on your REI Roll Top table and can dispense 150 liters per charge.

For meals, let’s start with the Coleman Cascade 222 2-Burner Camp Stove, which can put out 22,000 total BTUs and boil water on one burner while you simmer food on the other. Atop those burners, you can use your pot and pan from the Stanley Even-Heat Camp Pro Cook Set as well as the included chopping mat and service utensils.

Next, it’s time to set your table with a Snow Peak Titanium Plate and Bowl, which weigh less than 4 ounces combined. To eat with, there’s also a Snow Peak Titanium Spork and a set of the brand’s Wabuki chopsticks, made from bamboo and stainless steel. These lightweight pieces may be overkill for camping, but you’ll be tempted to pack them on backpacking trips as well.

Finally, there’s that other camping essential: coffee. In this case, it’s Alpine Start Instant Coffee, which dissolves in hot or cold water and is made from 100% Colombian high-elevation-grown arabica coffee beans. To drink it with, you’ll get the stainless steel REI Solid Graphic Mug (12 ounces), which has a lid. The double-walled mug can keep your coffee warm for hours in case you get distracted by the views.

A headlamp is fine for seeing where you’re going, but a well-lit campsite can make for a more social atmosphere (and reduce some tripping hazards). That’s why this bundle comes with the BioLite AlpenGlow 500 lantern that casts 500 lumens in four colors, as well as the MPOWERD Luci Solar String Lights & Power Hub that uses 10 LED bulbs to illuminate camp. The Luci light can be powered by its solar panel or a USB port.

To keep small items and essentials within reach around camp (and on a hike) REI included a Cotopaxi Kapai 15L Hip Pack.

Once your campsite vibe is set, it’s time to relax in the REI Wonderland Chair. It’s made from steel tubing and ripstop polyester, and it can support up to 300 pounds, according to REI. Far from a minimalist build, it boasts wooden armrests, a drink holder, and tensioned seat materials to provide a little give. It also folds up and has carrying straps.

To stay cozy as temps drop, there’s the REI Camp Wrap. It’s a hooded blanket with light insulation and a DWR treatment for shedding dew or wisps of rain. It comes with arm loops and snaps for wearing as a layer, and then converts back to a puffy blanket when it’s time to lie down.

Lastly, when it’s time to store things and head home, there’s the REI Co-op Pack-Away Bin. You can use it for gear closet storage or keep it in your trunk for organizing gear while on the move. It works with REI’s Pack-Away cubes and is made from recycled polyester and a 1,680-denier recycled nylon bottom.
