Enter to get your artwork on Breezy Johnson’s helmet for the 2022 Winter Olympics. The sweepstakes winner gets to ski a half-day with the downhill podium contender.

Send your art downhill at the 2022 Beijing winter games — at 80 mph, on top of U.S. skier Breanna Noble “Breezy” Johnson’s head. Any artist who works in any still medium can enter the contest. Submit a piece in pencil, ink, chalk, digital art, oil, or watercolor to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to vie for the grand prize.

Johnson will select four finalists, and the winner gets an enticing package. Not only will Johnson wear the winning art on her helmet in the downhill and super-G, but she’ll also ski with the winner for a half day. The winner also gets a pair of skis or a snowboard, as well as a version of the adorned helmet.

How the Ski Helmet Art Contest Works

First of all, gather your thoughts around the design topic: “Winter in Jackson Hole.” Johnson’s hometown ski mountain inspires the contest, so effective submissions would center around Jackson Hole ski racing, wildlife, the Teton Village, etc.

Start with an 8.5 x 11-inch or 11 x 17-inch piece of paper or a 300 dpi digital document. You can use the provided helmet template to help shape your work. Once you’ve put the finishing touches on it, snap a photo and send it to Breezy Johnson’s Jackson Hole email address.

Johnson will work with a group of judges to choose four finalists. If she picks your design, be prepared to send the physical original to the resort for a hi-res scan. If your artwork is digital, your original 300 dpi submission works.

Finally, a public vote will decide the grand prize winner via Instagram on Wednesday, January 19. All the information you need to enter is available online through Jackson Hole.
