1986 – WHOLESALE: Osprey adds partners Gabriela Salinas and Diane Wren and begins selling packs wholesale.

This bag had removable compression-strap pockets; dual stays that embedded into the removable hip-belt; “Speed-dee” (three bar slider through D-ring) mounted quick-release front pocket, and a top pocket that converted to a fanny pack.
