Its been a decade since we've seen a new BFGoodrich all-terrain tire hit the market, but the wait is over. The BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3 offers up a new tread pattern and compound that should improve longevity and snow performance.

The next generation of the legendary BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tire family has arrived. Let me introduce you to the BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3.

“BFGoodrich Tires’ legendary toughness has been made tougher with the creation of the All-Terrain KO3 tire,” said Harold Phillips, BFGoodrich Global General Manager.

“We’ve done a lot of racing and research in the 10 years since we launched the KO2 tire, so a decade of data, feedback, technology and experience went into the development of the KO3 tire. We are our own competition, and we knew it was time to take the all-terrain tire to another level. It will be exciting to see what consumers will do — at work and at play — with the KO3 tire.”

BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 Tire

BFGoodrich says the new All-Terrain T/A KO3 tire will have the same sidewall toughness and loose dirt traction we know and love in the KO2 tire. Upgrades to the KO3 will include “improved wear performance, improved gravel road durability, and improved snow traction.”

These improvements are created by a new tread pattern and tread compound. The upgrades should provide even wear over the tire’s life and help prevent objects from snagging and splitting the sidewall.

A serrated shoulder design and Mud-Phobic Bars are said to improve upon the KO2’s mud and snow traction. They also helped the KO3 earn the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake severe-snow rating, which should help make it an all-season performer.

The new BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tire has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, a 50,000-mile treadwear limited warranty, and a 6-year standard limited warranty on defects.

The KO3 is the latest member of the iconic Terrain Family of BFGoodrich tires.
