‘World Cup’ XC Bike — At $10,500, it costs as much as some cars. But this Specialized is indeed a special tool. It was built to dominate on the world stage and capture Olympic Gold Medals for elite XC racers commanding its perch. Called the World Cup MTB, it weighs less than 20 pounds (19-point-something) and can crush with its full-suspension carbon frame and 29er hoops.
