The climbing docu-series has claimed household-name status for years, as its producers roam the earth in search of the sport’s defining adventures. Wild times, high danger, and endearing sentimentality have been the series’ hallmarks. Reel Rock 17 follows suit.
In it, you’ll catch Seb Bouin fighting to free his 5.15d testpiece DNA in the Verdon Gorge. Elsewhere, Andrew Bisharat joins Palestinian climbers to rope up in the war-torn country’s enticing cliffs. And Barbara Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher quest up Eternal Flame on the Trango Valley’s iconic Nameless Tower.
