Yes, this is your chance to dive deep and learn one-on-one with not one but two of the greatest climbing pros.
Free Solo star Alex Honnold and climber and advocate Tommy Caldwell will be teaching the course together. After all, they are besties — they not only climb together, but remember when they set a speed record up ‘The Nose’, when they established the CDUL (“cuddle”) route, and when Tommy officiated Alex’s wedding? It’s only fitting they are tag-teaming a MasterClass.

Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell will cover a variety of rock climbing basics in three categories during the course:
- Climbing Technique Basics: Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced climber, going back to basics is crucial to improving your craft.
- Types of Climbs: From free climbing to bouldering or climbing in the gym, Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell define and explain different types of climbs. And, they’ll demo each type in the gym and outside.
- The Mindset: Alex and Tommy share the psychological side of rock climbing.
